RN-Vankor (part of Rosneft’s oil and gas production complex) has commissioned three modern modular residential complexes (SRC) on the Taymyr Peninsula, equipped according to the «Smart Village» concept.
Unlike traditional wagon-houses, Smart Village is a full-fledged hotel complex where modern digital and innovative solutions have been implemented and handed over to contractors for technical support. Stable operation of the multi-functional automated system is ensured by a high-speed 6th generation internal Wi-Fi network.
Shift residential camps were built near Norilsk airport for 167 beds, in the area of the Severn Bay port for 206 beds, and the largest, for 256 beds, at the Payakhskoye field near the future head oil pumping station.
The complexes are assembled from insulated block modules. Lightweight, durable and able to withstand harsh environments, modern structures meet all the requirements of Arctic housing complexes.
Each module is equipped with the necessary household and technical appliances, furnished with furniture and other household items, creating a unified indoor ecosystem and requiring minimal use of outdoor space.
The buildings are connected by thermal bridges for living in the far north, where temperatures can drop below 50 degrees Celsius. Modern, energy-saving building materials have been used that have proven their worth in harsh climatic conditions.
The camps include dormitories for shift workers, as well as offices, a canteen, a medical centre, a gym and a conference hall.
Each employee is issued with a personal identification card when he or she moves into the complex. When used, all data is transferred to a uniform system that centralises and remotely processes cashless payments for the use of internal services, including the canteen.
With the help of an application on your mobile phone, you can solve all problems related to your stay in the complex: view the canteen menu, order history, card balance, send a request to the ‘Unified Dispatch Service’ and much more.
The Information Newsstand provides the latest corporate information. In the canteen, the Smart Cashier terminal with automatic plate recognition allows contactless payment without the need for a cashier.
