The separate subdivision of OP Nizhnevartovsk is the largest structural subdivision of LLC RN-Supply by area and staff. Its priority task is to provide Rosneft's enterprises located in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug with material and technical resources.
To date, its number of employees is 375. The separate subdivision includes two production bases: the Central Pipe Base (CPB) and Mykhpai.
The CPB is located at the Samotlor field and occupies an area of 56 hectares, which makes it one of the largest production bases in Western Siberia.
The Mykhpai production base covers an area of 7 hectares and is located in Nizhnevartovskiy district at the Mykhpai field.
The bases accept, store and supply material and technical resources to the oil and gas industry of Western Siberia and provide material resources to Rosneft.
The separate subdivision has a system of centralized delivery of inventories to the facilities of the Company's group of companies, which allows for the delivery of goods during the working day to several facilities.
The geography of distribution of material and technical resources extends from the facility located at a distance of 3 km to distant fields at a distance of 810 km.
In January 2005, on the basis of the Central Logistics and Equipment Base, the Regional Logistics Center was established in Buzuluk, which later became part of LLC RN-Supply.
Today the number of employees of the separate subdivision is 228 people.
Buzuluk OP includes 6 production sites with a total area of more than 32 hectares located in Buzuluk and Sorochinsk. At these sites, 2 storehouses were opened, which annually provide personal protective equipment to more than 11 thousand employees of customers.
The separate subdivision organizes a full cycle of supply of material and technical resources to JSC Orenburgneft, LLC RN-Buzuluk Gas Processing Enterprise, including centralized delivery of goods and materials for more than 200 production facilities of Customers located in the Orenburg, Samara, Saratov regions and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
OP Buzuluk dispatches special clothing and footwear for 175 Rosneft Group companies, redistributes reserves and reflects transit supplies of material and technical resources for 90 Group companies.
OP Buzuluk is a unified system of supply of material and technical resources to oil producing and service enterprises of the Orenburg region, which continuously supports the labor rhythm of oil and gas enterprises.
In 2003, a decision was made to establish the Regional Logistics Center in Nyagan, which later became part of LLC RN-Supply.
Separate subdivision of Nyagan is a structural subdivision of LLC RN-Supply with the staff of 114 employees.

In order to ensure timely fulfillment of operational requests for centralized delivery of material and technical resources to oil production facilities, an information system for the development of optimal routes was introduced, as well as daily monitoring and analysis of the customer's requests within the specified period of time.

The separate subdivision OP North of LLC RN-Supply was established in 2008 in Novy Urengoy, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
Novy Urengoy is the largest transport hub in the Yamal-Nenets autonomous district. This is where the ten main pipelines that supply the country's national economy with natural gas originate. The Urengoy - Pomary - Uzhgorod gas export pipeline plays a huge role, through which hydrocarbons are transported to Western European countries. Novy Urengoy is rightly called the gas capital of Russia. The largest enterprises in the country are located here, accounting for 74% of the country's gas production.
The formation and growth of the separate subdivision of the North took place simultaneously with the economic development of the region.
The most efficient year for OP North in the production sector was 2015. The volume of cargo supplied to ensure uninterrupted operation of oil and gas producers increased significantly. Thus, in 2009, the main performance indicator of the separate subdivision - cargo turnover - was 21 thousand tons, and by 2015 the volume of work performed by trucks increased to 379 thousand tons.
Due to the increase in the volume of services provided, the service area expanded to 56 ha, and the area of the OP North production facilities increased. To date, there are about 100 employees employed there.
The main customers of the separate subdivision OP North are JSC Rospan International, JSC Tyumenneftegaz, JSC RN-Purneftegaz, and the Vankor field cluster.
As of January 2005, a separate structural subdivision Tyumen (the village of Turtas in the Uvat district of Tyumen region) was established in the Regional Procurement Centre in Nyagan. Later it was renamed as OP Turtas and its main task was to ensure uninterrupted supply of material and technical resources to the fields of the Uvat project (LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz)
The annual cargo turnover on OP Turtas is more than 280 thousand tons, which is 10% of the total turnover of the Company. In winter, the largest volume of material and technical resources is imported from production bases in the settlement of Turtas. But delivery work is in progress all year round. The necessary materials are transported both by water transport during spring-summer navigation and by the LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz air transport.
The separate division of OP Purpe was established in 2018; it is located in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District in the Purpe settlement of the Purpe in the Purovsky District. It used to be part of OP North as a production base. Now the separate division carries out services on reception, storage and delivery of cargoes, and also carries out the centralized delivery of material and technical resources to the facilities of customers.
To date, OP Purpe ranks first in terms of cargo turnover of LLC RN-Supply. It accounts for 33% of the total cargo turnover of the Company. Its staff includes 183 employees.
OP Purpe serves: LLC RN-Vankor, LLC Kynsko-Chaselkoye Neftegaz, LLC RN-Purneftegaz, LLC Purneftepererabotka, LLC SevKomNeftegaz, LLC Kharampurneftegaz.
The separate subdivision of OP Ust-Kut is located in the city of Ust-Kut, Irkutsk region, which in turn is the largest Sturgeon-Lena transport hub at the intersection of railways, waterways, airways and motorways. The division also includes production sites located in Lensk and Vitim, Republic of SAKHA (Yakutia). It was established in October 2018.
The type of activity performed includes: provision of the Group Companies with inventories and fuels and lubricants (JSC Verkhnechonskneftegaz and LLC Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha).
The functions of the Separate Division of OP Ust-Kut includes the receipt of inventory by rail and road transport in the territory of JSC Alrosa-Terminal and LLC Osetrovsky LDK, as well as in the territory of two cargo areas of JSC Osetrovsky River Port.
In short periods of the off-season, from the beginning to the end of April, as well as from mid-October to mid-December, the division provides the fields with inventory along the long-distance passage of the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline. An alternative to the delivery of critical material and technical resources is the air service provided by JSC Verkhnechonskneftegaz with the direct participation of the Separate Division of OP Ust-Kut.
