RN-Trans JSC is a 100%-subsidiary of Rosneft Oil Company PJSC.

RN-Trans acts as a consignor/consignee at the Company's loading terminals and general transportation freight forwarder of the Company's cargoes.

RN-Trans has 13 affiliates and representative offices in Russia, ensuring delivery of crude oil, petroleum products and petrochemicals by rail. The staff is about 2,100 employees.

RN-Trans provides loading of petroleum and petrochemical cargoes on 42 terminals and its delivery to consignees located in Russia and abroad.

The annual volume of cargo turnover by rail exceeds 66 million tons.

RN-Trans operates 245 km of railway tracks, more than 50 traction and other special vehicles, 2 steam cleaning stations for preparation of the railway cars.

RN-Trans operates over 67 thousand railway cars (owned, leased and attracted under freight forwarding agreements).

RN-Trans key activities include:

• overall organization of rail transportation of oil, petroleum products, liquefied petroleum gases and petrochemicals (incl. consignor/consignee, forwarding and dispatch activities);
• management of railway assets at the Rosneft loading terminals (railcars, railway infrastructure of oil refineries, railway tanks steam cleaning stations);
• documentary support of loading operations for waterborne and automotive transports;
• data collection of cargo loading operations by all types of transportation;
• maintenance of railway cars including steam cleaning and repairs.
