Rosneft Receives an Economic 11.5 billion Rubles Benefit in 2024 under the Efficiency Improvement Programme in Oil Refining

Rosneft's refining and petrochemical enterprises implemented more than 170 projects in 2024 as part of the programme to improve operational efficiency. The benefit of their implementation reached RUB 11.5 billion.
The high performance was achieved thanks to the launch of Rosneft's Integral Efficiency system, which helps to identify the potential for technological process development. As part of this work, last year the Company's experts carried out rapid diagnostics to improve the efficiency of the main production sites, benchmarking of refinery process facilities, and identified best practices for replication in subsidiaries.
Improving the efficiency of production assets is one of the key elements of Rosneft's 2030 strategy. The Company carries out systematic work aimed at rational use of energy resources and reduction of energy consumption, optimisation of electrical loads and thermal processes, as well as reduction of operating costs.
