Rosneft Supplies Syzran Hospital with High-Tech Paediatric Surgery Equipment

With Rosneft’s support, the Syzran Central City and District Hospital received high-tech equipment for a children’s surgery department and a perinatal centre.
The perinatal centre now has an open neonatal resuscitation system — a multi-functional complex designed to save patients’ lives. The equipment allows monitoring and maintenance of vital functions and provides free access to the child from any side for various medical manipulations.
The hospital’s paediatric surgery department also has a new operating table and a shadowless lamp — a special surgical light. Modern equipment will help improve the efficiency of medical care for the region’s residents.
Rosneft adheres to the principles of high social responsibility and pays special attention to creating a favourable social environment in the regions where it operates, including in the field of medicine. Thanks to the Company’s support, projects are regularly implemented to strengthen the material and technical base of health facilities.

Under the cooperation agreement between Rosneft and Samara Region, educational and medical facilities were built or reconstructed in the region, high-tech medical equipment was purchased, and ice palaces were built.
