JSC Grozneftegaz is the Company's oil and gas production entity operating in the North Caucasus Federal District of Russia.
The company was established in 2000 on the basis of oil assets of the Chechen Republic.
As of 01.01.2024, Rosneft holds 16 subsoil use licenses in the Chechen Republic. Of these, 13 licenses are for exploration and production and 3 licenses are for geological study, exploration and production.
